Jianhua Yao (Shanghai Institute of Organic Chemistry, China)
Jianhua Yao obtained the Ph. D. Degree in Department of Chemistry, University of Paris7, France in 2000. Currently she is working Associate Professor in Laboratory of Computer Chemistry & Cheminformatics at Shanghai Institute of Organic Chemistry, Chinese Academy of Sciences. Up to now, more than 40 papers published, 20 copyrights and 1 patent authorized. Awarded by the Prize of AFCRST: Le Prix TANG Freres Sciences des l’Informatique (2001) and The First Class Award of Science and Technology in Shanghai for Cyber-Methodology for Creation of new Chemical Entities (2002). Scientific interests: Chemoinformatics and its applications in Drug Design, Pesticide Design, Modernization of TCM and others which are concerned with innovation of new chemical entities.
