Timothy V. Pyrkov graduated from the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology in 2005. Currently he is working on his Ph.D. theses in the Laboratory of Biomolecular Modeling of Shemyakin-Ovchinnikov Institute of Bioorganic Chemistry (Russia, Moscow). Research interests: molecular modeling of protein structure, function and dynamics; computer simulations of proteins and their complexes with membranes and ligands; computer-aided molecular design (docking, QSAR).
