We are glad to inform you that The Proceedings of the IVTN-2010 was published and direct mail to authors was implemented.

International Symposium "Progress in Electromagnetics Research Symposium" [PIERS 2009], providing the support by IVTN.ru, has taken place from August 18^th to 21^th 2009 in Moscow. For the first time PIERS Symposium was held in Russia.

The first lecture "Modern Naturphilosophy" by professor Vasily Dementiev devoted to consideration of Bohr's principle of complementarity and Prigozhin’s theory of development of complex, open, non-equilibrium systems.
