If you need a visa support, Reisebuero WELT Company provides tourist invitation (visa support) only if you book and prepay hotels through the company.

Reisebuero WELT Company can organize invitation only for dates of hotel booking. We can't prepare your invitation if you do not book the hotel through us.

Prepayment of one night expenses at the hotel is necessary for obtaining the visa application documents.

After the reservation and prepayment have been completed, the local organizers will send visa application documents to the participants by email (and by post, if necessary).

Participants should pay for the rest of the total expenses at the hotel to the representative of "Reisebuero Company" when they check in.
