Passport and Visa
Dear Colleagues,

WE KINDLY RECOMMEND TO BEGIN YOUR VISA PROCESS AS SOON AS POSSIBLE!

Please note:
Before obtaining visa support it is necessary to pass thru an accommodation fee stage (it is a very important issue for Russia Visitors because it is the main part of the Migration Policy in Russia).

Non-residents of the Russian Federation both PIERS 2009 Active Participants and Accompanying Persons attending the Symposium are required to have both valid passport (passport’s action must be no less than 6 months after Date of departure) and the visa.

Organizers will prepare the Visa application document and send it to the participant. Such document will allow the participant to get the visa at the local Russian Embassy (Consulate).

To receive visa support for obtaining Russian entry tourist visa the following information has to be forwarded to Reisebuero WELT company:
  • the travel route (the cities and towns to be visited);
  • the hotel name in each city and town;
  • the dates of arrival and departure;
  • a readily legible photocopy of the passport;
  • a guarantee of payment for the services ordered
