Please note:
Before obtaining visa support it is necessary to pass thru an accommodation fee stage (it is a very important issue for Russia Visitors because it is the main part of the Migration Policy in Russia).
Non-residents of the Russian Federation both PIERS 2012 Active Participants and Accompanying Persons attending the Symposium are required to have both valid passport (passport’s action must be no less than 6 months after Date of departure) and the visa.
Organizers will prepare the Visa application document and send it to the participant. Such document will allow the participant to get the visa at the local Russian Embassy (Consulate).

Local Organizing committee of PIERS strongly recommend to contact our partner Reisebuero WELT for assistance with visa and hotel booking. Reisebuero WELT is affiliated in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) of Russia and can therefore issue the legal visa invitation – this is the central point of the visa application procedure in Russia. The hotels or Local Organizing committee of PIERS cannot issue the legal visa invitation because they are not affiliated in MFA.
